Shipping policy

(1) Shipping Policy

Despatch & Delivery: We aim to dispatch your order via DPD courier within 1-3 business days of order date. Delivery will be within the timescales published by DPD.

Store Collection: We will email you when your order is ready for collection, this will be within 1-3 business days of order date.
 

(2) Ireland Shipping: 

Standard Shipping - orders under 400EUR + VAT

DPD Courier - 11.95EUR + VAT

Standard Shipping - orders over 400EUR + VAT

FREE DPD Courier Delivery

(3) International Shipping: 

We don't offer international shipping at the moment.

(4) Order Dispatch:

Please note that our warehouse does not currently operate on weekends or bank holidays. Please add an extra day to dispatch and shippings times if you are ordering over a weekend or bank holiday.

(5) Missing/Late Orders: 

Once your order is dispatched, we are reliant on our delivery partners to deliver safely, securely and on time. If your order is not received within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us so that we can investigate this further. You will receive a tracking ID via email - please remember to check your junk folder if you can't find the email.

(6) Incorrect Address:

If the details entered at checkout are incorrect and you haven't informed us of a change of address prior to your order being collected by the courier, we will be unable to replace or refund your order until it is returned to us by the courier (this can take upwards of 2 weeks after the original delivery). 

If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, or uncollected from the delivery depot, please get in touch with us. We can credit the value of the product (not any delivery charges paid) less any return fee charged to us by the courier or arrange to resend the order (a further shipping charge will be payable if you would like it resending).
